Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unwashed and uncut hair extensions or wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring all tags and protective nets are attached.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
